Booking Process
- All inquiries must be made in writing via our site, email, or through official booking agents.
- A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm any engagement.
- Payment is due by or before the performance date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 


Travel & Equipment
- For performances outside NYC, travel and lodging fees may apply.
- A performance rider will be provided if technical needs exist.

Cancellations
- Client cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless force majeure.
- In case of illness or emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a qualified substitute.
 

4. Refund/Return Policy


All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo and order number to calvin.sexton@gmail.com within 7 days. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or delays caused by third-party shipping services.
